RE: Dispute on Relay Switch Repair vs Control Management System Replacement

Justin, my weekly pool service identified the issue as a relay switch needing repair.
Please refer to the email and video on this page. 

The company that FAHW sent out – Pool Services Professionals claimed the Control Management System needed replacement and attempted to charge me $200+ dollars to replace and told me that it was not covered under warranty.  This company does not need to be representing your warranty company as they want to rip-off customers.

This video demonstrates that is NOT the case.  I would like to request using my pool company to complete the repairs.
