Need to Launch a Business Critical eLearning Project
but don’t have a training background
or time to learn how?

We help project leaders successfully manage on-time eLearning launch
and save up to 50% production time

without disrupting their real job or personal work/life balance.

Introducing….
Design2Train is an award-winning instructional design agency, specializing in eLearning since 2001.  We now offer the Design2Train Method (D2T Method) our proven 9-step eLearning project management system as a coaching program

Why Do You Need the D2T Method?
Do you want to become an eLearning statistic?
According to training researchers, 80% of big eLearning projects FAIL. When your project starts failing, it’s a domino effect. Suddenly you are wasting time and we all know that Time is Money.

Who gets blamed?  YOU, the project leader. Then stress builds because suddenly there’s not enough time for your “real job” AND your precious personal work/life balance is totally out of whack, not to mention sleep-less nights waking up at 3am.

What’s the solution? The D2T Method program based upon 28+ years of real project experience.
Here’s the secret sauce > eLearning projects typically have 50+ Tasks and 150+ Activities to complete sequentially! One step forgotten or completed out of order can spell project disaster. Get detailed checklists, so you won’t forget one detail!

Totally avoid the hamster wheel of project failure by investing in an eLearning project management process that you can put to work on immediately on Day-1.  With D2T Method LIVE Quick Start, the information you learn on Day-1 alone can help you literally save 50% of project time in Phase 1 alone.

When your project starts failing, it’s a domino effect. Suddenly you are wasting time and we all know that Time is Money.
Suddenly you’re dealing cost over-runs and missed incremental project deadlines.

When a high profile project starts failing, it all comes down heavy on YOU, the project leader. Then stress starts creeping in. Think how you’d feel when you don’t have enough time for your “real job” responsibilities AND your precious personal work/life balance is totally out of whack, not to mention sleep-less nights waking up at 3am trying to figure out what do do next?

Our solution is to totally avoid the hamster wheel of project failure. Spend a few moments on our website getting answers to eLearning project management.

The Design2Train Method (D2TM) may be right the right program for you. Why? Since 2001, 90%+ of Design2Train clients are 1st-time eLearning project managers, who launched 100’s of hours of custom online training programs on-time, while successfully working their “real job” and enjoying their personal life/work balance.

The D2TM program has prepared a variety of training product or professional development programs in all types of industries including: agriculture, aviation, banking, chemical application, customer service, education, energy, environmental impact, healthcare, insurance, mortgage servicing, real estate,  tech manufacturing, and transportation.

Time is money! By using the strategies taught in Phase 1: Design Risk Management and Phase 2: Content Development Management, you can save up to 50% in production cost. But the best part is that once you have launched your first eLearning program, you have the knowledge, confidence, skills AND templates ready to re-use on future programs.

What is your Time Worth?
Instead of spending weeks learning how to develop training, ramp-up in just ONE DAY (5 hours), learn our proven 9-step proven process in the morning. Then in the afternoon, actually start working on Phase 1 of YOUR own project.

But D2TM is MORE than a one day training workshop. It’s a complete coaching program to get your project ready for on-time launch in 90 days or less, without negatively impacting your “real job” or personal life/work balance.

How does the D2TM program work?
We have made it easy for you to succeed, just follow the system.

  1. The entire D2TM program is accessible from the exclusive “one-stop” D2TM Client Portal. All program announcements, events, activities and resources are conveniently located in the portal. No more chasing down emails for training events or trying to remember where program resources are located.  It’s your one-stop shop.

You will have complete D2TM Program Access (24×7) for 90-days. Note: All LIVE events are delivered remotely from our private Training Room

  2. Program enrollment invitations are based upon client readiness interview.

The D2TM Program is offered as Done-With-You (DFW) and Done-For-You (DFY) options. The program  is based upon a shared co-management model, and based upon your access to an eLearning expert , we will recommend the best option. The co-management model means that you, referred to as the Program Manager are responsible for handing the company-side of the business while the  Program Content Manager (eLearning expert) is responsible for all content-related deliverables.  Both of you “stay in your swim lanes” to efficiently complete your project with up to 50% less time on task and delivery within 90 days or less (depending upon project scope).
