Who Should Attend? Experienced instructional designers ready to upgrade their project leadership skills or when starting a new high profile organizational training initiative. We also encourage the non-training project manager to attend as well.
Format: A LIVE webinar session by Valerie Miller offered in two 90-minute consecutive sessions on one day.
Session 1: Review PLAN239 9-Step system for overall vision.
Session 2: Working session for your project Phase1 / Step 1.
+PLUS Access to PLAN239 coaching portal with 8 hours self-paced training, Resource Library with ready-to-use-project templates, MasterClass online community dicussions, Weekly Q&A sessions, SMS Quick Response “Help Me Messages” (up to 3 weekly) and Two 45 minute coaching sessions with Valerie.

Description: Custom PLAN239 mentoring with Valerie Miller. Includes self-paced training, weekly video calls with Valerie Miller, access to a PCL cohort community, For consideration as a PLAN239 Consultant, applicant must demonstrate 90%+ competency in all Must complete a “Do Good Project” and then is eligible to apply to become a Certified PLAN239 Consultant.
