Week 1 | Day 1 kicks off your program with a live web class lead by Valerie Miller, to introduce the core PLAN239 OS mindset principles, then move into a deep dive of the 9-steps to begin applying them immediately in your projects.
Across the cohort, you’ll:
Work through instruction, coaching, and cohort activities focused on leading—not just producing—training.
