Ms. Miller has 28+ years of award-winning instructional design and eLearning project management expertise with 12+ years of corporate global training and Organizational Change Management leadership.
Valerie is a 3rd generation educator and adult-learning expert with a passion for technology-based training. She taught graduate courses in Instructional Design, Assessment & Evaluation and Distance Learning Systems for National University, Chapman University, and University of Phoenix.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Vocational Education from Stephen F. Austin State University and earned her master’s degree in Educational Technology from Texas A&M University. In 2021 Valerie earned a Change Management Professional (CMP) certification.
Valerie is an experienced speaker delivering talks on technology-driven training to national and international professional organizations. She also volunteers time to serve as a judge in Project Management and eLearning national / international competitions.
